Estimates and scope
Every estimate we issue is free, written and itemized. The estimate names the product, the installed thickness and the exact areas included. Work beyond the written scope is quoted and agreed before it begins. All prices are stated in United States dollars.
Our commitment
We install to the written scope using trained installers and professional equipment. If something in our workmanship is not right, tell us and we will come back and address it.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas, to disclose known hazards, and to keep people and pets out of the work zone during application and the ventilation period we specify.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
